Just been overwhelmed with anxiety these more than other times. I don't have any meds and panic attacks is harder to keep at bay. Can't really talk to anyone in my church cause anxiety is an evil spirit and my pastors says he hates when people say they depressed or suicidal. So don't find it a safe space to talk or ask for prayer regarding this.
