I’ve, coincidentally, picked too many movies where the dog dies, which upsets my partner.

The site tells you if there’s any other triggers too, without spoiling too much plot.

Really really useful for finding horror movies that aren’t jumpscare fests. Even if it’s tagged as having jumpscares there are usually comments clarifying the amount and/or frequency and when to expect them, which I really appreciate.

ramble81,

John Wick: That’s the damn plot.

iheartneopets,

It is the sole reason I haven’t watched the movies, tbh :/

They sound great, but I have a hard enough time dealing with the death of dogs, much less puppies. Right at the beginning too…I feel like there are about a million other ways you can get the audience on board with him going on a rampage, killing a bunch of bad guys.

I have no idea for this at all, but I’m glad it exists.

My wife has PTSD, we use this website for horror movies all the time so that she can watch without being caught off guard.

She and I are big horror fans but you need to be careful with PTSD to not let it ruin your night
