Warm and peaceful
An alabaster light
Softness and ease
Dandelion clocks
Stopped at one
And the world
Takes a breath.
I tasted the leaf
Of a milkmaid flower
And it was sweet and spicy
Honeyed air
All around me
This stillness is
Loaded with life
It's generous and giving
Singing with brightness
And skylarks rejoicing. #poetry
