WTL, Thursday: 108 seconds of plank, 11 minutes of runner's yoga, 30 minutes of HIIT, 5.7 km of #running (-2°C with a windchill of -6°C), picked up groceries, walked home, then got on my bike and headed off to a job site to start testing things, then biked home and now I don't want to do anything else.
