The right-a-ways could be roofed in solar, too.

So much talk about turbines on the median walls - but as much as people crash into them, it would just add to the expense to repair.

@mattferrell France is moving slow with renewables because nuclear is so difficult to throttle. The Nederlands without a lot of adoo practically transitonned compleately.
When I started learning Dutch they were close to zero. Now they are close to 100!!!
