I'm really enjoying #Tidal with #Plex. It's an even better way to play music from Linux, Windows and Android thanks to Plexamp and the Plex web app.
It's not perfect, and my main annoyance with it is that if I pause the music for too long while playing a PlexAmp station, it will start over.
The #PlexAmp app has the ability to control the Sonos speaker volume using the phone volume rocker, but unfortunately this means it will set it to 0 if I turned it down to avoid loud videos playing.
@skinnylatte I like it a lot!! There are a few flow things I'd love to change, like having a quicker way to add a Tidal item to my library, currently requires three separate taps.
Other than that, I love it. I haven't tried using the AI playlist feature because I'm not a fan of ChatGPT. Wonder if it works with Local AI
@motoridersd I tried the AI feature out of curiosity. It was an interesting idea but ultimately at the time not good enough to pay OpenAI for. I think it can work if you have a large enough local library but I’m not sure what the min no of songs would be for it to be useful. Prob a large no
