webbj, Lately I've been trying to create a Yorkshire Pudding like my grandmother used to make. Today was my second attempt. This time I used Raddish Kids "Magical Popovers" as my base recipe (and using their #vegan modifications).Today's result was too thick and somewhat bland, but not bad. Next time I may try using Kala Namak for salt and perhaps adding some drippings from sauteed mushrooms.
