The trial was mid-Nov 2023 and the judge ruled that the meaning of duty is to just follow your orders. This was a big part of the reason why he had to plead guilty.
Fair enough, though the guess was based on: my comment being seconds old, no other comments or votes anywhere in the thread, and the only comment beside it was literally in reply to it. Odds were good. Technically, they still are.
