    @kubikpixel didn't try it, advantage of this solution is that it's really python, disadvantage is that you need a wasm build of python, which i assume is many megabytes, so users need to download that when they visit your website, before anything works, not great for slow connections, and probably a bit slower than the JavaScript engine running natively in your browser.

    I love Python, and not a fan of JavaScript, but i would have to try to see how painful/less the communication between them is.

    @tshirtman @kubikpixelthere was PyPy.js a few years ago. The Problem with big downloads was also known the showstopper.

    Think with may be a practical solution. Because it's smaller.

    @kubikpixel sorry i wasn't clear, they don't need to install anything, but just like it downloads images to show them to you, your browser will download this resource when loading the page, to be able to execute the python code, it's entirely transparent, but still takes a little time, depending on your connection speed, but it's common for websites to have many images larger than that, so it might not be a deal breaker.
