@MaJ1 You don't have to go out to squat around.. Practise squatting while the tea steeps.. The only way i can get self-disciple to do them, is to time them with waiting for my coffee to brew.. Practise posture .. but, good to hear you are on the mend, don't be exerting yourself but keep your body moving. drink lots of water.
