    @seachanger yes…almost like the landlord holds all the power in the relationship so the law has to step in to make sure the tenants aren’t taken advantage of…curious…

    Landlords and property managaers drive me up the wall 🙄

    @seachanger I hate the expectation that we view landlords as anything but business owners…you aren’t angels for providing housing if you’re going to be terrible, you’re just business owners at that point.

    @seachanger when I was still at UAA I thought it would be a fantastic spot to pilot in Anchorage because there are very few Friday classes, but they’d never go for it there. Hoping it happens soon!

    So, had anyone else heard that the nearly brand new high school in Houston, AK is having to use bottled water because the water in the school can cause infertility and hyperthyroidism?!

    @seachanger I believe what he was told was something like repeated exposure can lead to…the water was tested yesterday and they came into the school today with all of the faucets garbage bagged and taped and a warning not to touch the water
