Ever read a book that you fell so hard in love with that you immediately change your aesthetic. Never been a green girl (always loved purple), but "Tress of the Emerald Sea" captured my heart to the extent I'm going green.
Well, it truly is full-steam ahead on prospect season at Prism Hockey. Hopefully next week I'll release my personal listing of prospects available at the draft and then right after, my first mock draft. I've been ratcheting up my research on prospects but still need a bit more research before I'm confident enough to release anything. Been slacking a bit this year, admittedly.
Thankfully, the tornado was to the south of us. We're fine for now, but a tornado is still possible for my area for a few more hours, so not completely letting our guard down. Playing Mario Kart on my Switch in the living room right now to calm down.
I'm so happy the Blackhawks didn't win the lottery. That's what matters most in the end. Not only that, but now they don't get another lottery pick for a few years.
Under a tornado watch and when watching the weather on the local ABC station they said this storm system that's going to hit us in the next hour has produced hail larger than a golf ball. Great.
New free Prism Hockey article! In this one I'll be discussing the upcoming PWHL playoffs and give a brief recap of the seasons of the two eliminated teams.
Look, I never cry. Much less when watching TV or a movie. I have cried watching something maybe four times, and that's like in movies like "The Pianist" or "Hotel Rwanda". The finale for "Doom Patrol" had me BAWLING my eyes out. Definitely the best finale I've seen. That ruined me. Both heartwrenching and heartwarming at once.
That was the most fucked up funeral scene I have ever seen in my life. Holy shit. Equal parts heartwrenching, hilarious, and "holy shit you are burning in hell".
I'm about to watch the last episode of Doom Patrol. 😥
I knew this day would come when I started watching when it first released in 2019, but damn, I've finally reached the end. Been putting off the final few episodes for months now. Here we go. Rip the band-aid off.
