Don’t see how it could work now though, given that half the citizens are deeply committed to destroying everything to prove gov doesn’t work.

SSDs still have component bottlenecks that can kill the whole drive, same as hard drives.

Also, 3-2-1 is far superior to RAID, but having RAID on top of that is nice.

Could you drink distilled water with a mineral pill

Drinking pure H2O isn’t good for you. As far as I know it could even be deadly. But what if you had a pill with all the minerals usually dissolved in water and washed it down with a nice big glass of distilled water? Would it be more or less the same as drinking tap water? Or would you need more time to dissolve the minerals?...

Distilled water is fine for you. Otherwise big gov would be telling you to pack up vitamins/minerals for emergencies (they do anyways, but not because of distilled water worries).

I actually feel morally regretful when pirating games, more so than pirating movies, because of just how much sweat and tears developers had to put in to making it happen.

I wish there was a goddamn economic calculator. Revenue minus (operating costs + re-investment + R&D) then divide it amongst all employees. Let us rank companies based on how bad that number is vs what the employees are actually paid.
