Maybe he was in Afghanistan during some of that time period, but he was pretty comfortable in Pakistan.
If you don’t want the rule of law to deliver justice, then you get the alternative which is people taking justice into their own hands. This is a poor decision by Abbott and Texas Republicans as well as their supporters.
