It helps that a bunch of the devs that were on reddit came here. In the two and a bit weeks I've been lurking then made an account the jerboa github has doubled in contributers at the least.

This is a known bug and is being delt with, the settings option to have the comment action bar hidden/showing by default doesn't effect the inbox.

To reveal the action bar press and hold the empty space beside the username of the reply/mention/message.

Most of the plot twists pan out, they're not just tossed in there!

Honestly, I read up to the 9th or 10th book when they were relatively newly released, never got around to finishing the series. I'm on my second read of the series and I'm around where I stopped last time, and I wish I had made it through the first time.
