Nee, überall. Unsere Inflationszahlen gehen ja davon aus dass Preise eigentlich stabil sind, also werden nur Preiserhöhungen berücksichtigt. In Wahrheit müsste alles ständig billiger werden, durch Fortschritte in den Produktionsprozessen etc. Auf die offiziellen Zahlen kann man also beruhigt noch ein paar Prozente drauf schlagen, auch bei nicht-assets. Und die Hedonische Bewertungsmethode gibt es ja auch noch zum schönrechnen.
