Moi je somnole dans le fauteuil du salon, Indie bleppe et fait des boucles :
chatière -> Jardin -> mendier à la fenêtre du salon pour rentrer -> "peut être que l'humain à oublié qu'il m'a déjà filé des croquettes" -> "ah non, il a pas oublié" -> "Bah re-chatière, peut être qu'il aura oublié au prochain tour" -> ad lib.

Hier après l'AG de mon club d'aikido, une personne m'a fait remarquer que nous réfléchissions à indiquer que le club était accueillant pour les femmes, mais que nous n'avons pas la même démarche envers les personnes LGBTQA+, qui peuvent avoir des réticences à entrer dans un espace d'arts martiaux. Fair enough. Donc question : comment signaler que nous sommes un club qui se veut inclusif ?

@MathieuP Avant de signaler que vous êtes inclusifs, peut-être faire une petite formation interne sur l'accueil des personnes trans et non-binaires ? Le niveau d'ignorance (et donc de maladresse potentielle) est souvent insondable, même chez les personnes de bonne volonté

@MathieuP Très bonne idée ! À compléter éventuellement par une réflexion en fonction de votre contexte particulier (j'ai vu que qq parlait des vestiaires dans les réponses par exemple, c'est important), si vous accueillez des mineurs etc.
(Pour l'accueil des mineurs trans je peux t'envoyer des liens si jamais)

@MathieuP En fait à partir du moment où vous accueillez des mineurs, il peut y en avoir qui sont trans ou non-binaires et ça pose des questions spécifiques (notamment le rapport avec les parents). J'ai eu affaire à ces situations en tant qu'enseignant-e, ça se passe beaucoup mieux quand l'équipe est un minimum au courant de ces questions, de l'état du droit, etc.

Il y a pile un an, on allait récupérer Luna, mon bébé chat d'amour, chez @from_Otterspace. Ce fut un vrai coup de cœur et chaque jour passé avec elle le confirme. Pour vous montrer son évolution, la première photo que j'ai prise d'elle il y a un an et une photo de ce matin.

Luna petite chat grise et blanche qui se cache sous deux marches mobile. C'est une cachette facilement accessible pour un humain qui peut l'attraper sans problème.

Je réfléchis à passer sur un outil opensource pour la newsletter afin de pouvoir tout gérer moi-même (et ne pas dépendre d'une plateforme que je ne trouve pas éthique). Est-ce qu'il y a des gens ici qui ont des retours d'expérience à partager sur le sujet ? Des conseils ? J'avoue que je suis un peu perdue et ma newsletter est assez "grande" pour que migrer soit pas une affaire simple donc j'aimerais ne pas me vautrer.

So much of transitioning isn't about gender. I wish I understood that sooner.

Increasingly, I feel the whole point of being a trans woman is being trans, not being a woman. I mean... It's nice to be a woman of course, but it's even better to be able to change.

To see my body, my emotions, my relationships, where I stand socially, decide that fuck it, I want something drastically different.

And follow that new path instead of the one I started on.

I hate that I used to feel smart and now I feel pretty inept and occasionally just dumb regarding most things. I used to know SO much, but the combination of not using old knowledge, and worse, some level of cognitive decline due to years of undiagnosed and misdiagnosed issues, has left me feeling like I've lost a significant part of my intelligence.

Je suis rentrée dans une librairie sans chercher quoi que ce soit, et j'avais tellement honte de ressortir sans rien (???) que j'ai demandé un livre qui n'existe pas (par une autrice inconnue) au vendeur
