@andycarolan I wanted to let you know that I bought some Fexofenadina (as it is known in Portugal) today, and it really helped my allergies. So thank you for the recommendation (from a couple of weeks ago).
I was in Lisbon, was sneezing a lot and did not have my hayfever tablets with me. I went into a pharmacy and Fexofenadina was all that they had. I took the one and dried up in half an hour. That has never happened before.
@andycarolan Quite right. I’m still unsure about dosage though. I’m use to one antihistamine lasting 24 hours. The directions on this new packet say one tablet with food - each meal, one tablet once a day with food, other? 🤔

🗺️ Well I have just managed to drive around a part of Lisbon without the aid of Apple Maps, or any maps for that matter. It was not big achievement, I did not travel that far, but I could not have done that a year ago. I’m getting to know my way around.
