Normalize forking genders like it's Misskey

So I did a thing....
I wrote a little python script that takes your following csv (from exporting your followed users) and tells you how many people come from what instance!

You can use it by running whatever version of python you have with
python instanceList.py <your follow="" list="">.csv <output file="">.csv</output></your>
