The UK does a โ€œbike to workโ€ scheme, you get an interest free loan from your employer that is repaid directly from your salary before your tax is deducted, so it reduces your tax bill every month. The loan money can be spent at any bike shop on any bike that meets the criteria. Itโ€™s extremely popular and works well.

Went to the Life in the Roman Legion exhibition at the British Museum, which was excellent, then lunch in a nearby Italian restaurant and home watching the cricket (England women v Pakistan women, itโ€™s not going well for England).

England women pulled it back from an absolutely disastrous start and beat Pakistan. Cricket is quite easy to understand, honest. ๐Ÿ˜
