With Windows 3.1 (1992) came a new Windows logo. Commissioned by Microsoft Senior Vice President & Product Manager for Windows at the time, Brad Silverberg - who described it as โ€œa window with cool motion effectsโ€ - it was designed by Jeff Boettcher, Jonathan Cowles & Julie Wong.

Itโ€™s only been a few months since I lost my mam (thatโ€™s what we call our moms/mums in Wales! ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ท๓ ฌ๓ ณ๓ ฟ). She was super proud of this account and the YouTube channel. I miss her a lot. ๐Ÿฅ€๐Ÿ˜ž Iโ€™m sorry Iโ€™ve not been very active during this time - but I will be back, better than ever! ๐Ÿ’ช
