I was so confused why I wasn't seeing any new memes, and then I read in the sidebar that beehaw blocked this for some reason :(

Libs are politeness fetishists. You can say any horrible thing as long as it's cloaked in enough politeness.

I've been intending to start a kbin account anyway, so this helped motivate me to do so 😺

I think you're confusing Beehaw for something else. Beehaw is run by LGBT+ individuals and has a reputation for defederating from any instance with even a shade of bigotry.

I think it's silly that they've blocked this magazine, though.
