I've seen this on vehicles with children in them. Do y'all think they might be pedo abduction wagons? A lot of them had excessive window tint and it could have been to hide the poor kids! I'll pray on this.
i don’t get the hard-on conservatives have for flying decidedly unamerican flags, such as those of the only two enemies of the usa at war that posed a credible threat to the states (the csa and nazi germany). i’m starting to think they just have no clue about flags whatsoever, because much like this thin blue travesty, the so-called “confederate” flag isn’t real either, it was only used by a very small and specific military unit within the confederacy. here’s what a real confederate flag looks like, actually used by the entirety of the csa’s military at one point:

FWIW I get angry when I see these flags but I also know some people who support this and they are simply misled. If I’ve said it once I’ve said it a thousand times, people can change. I used to have the opinion similar to Blue Lives Matters. My world view was bey limited and this was before social media. It’s up to everyone else to listen to them and help better understand their perspective so we can help broaden their life experiences.
Blue lives matter supporters though are racist authoritarian fascists though not misled you need to aggressively challenge them not coddle them especially when their views are so materially harmful.
The issue of police brutality and how it disproportionately affects racial minorities is extremely complicated. I’ve known BLM supporters and BlueLM folks and they’re all different from each other, not just different due to the causes they support. Do you think BLM supporters are all hyper-liberal communists? I would hope not. So, stop applying blanket stereotypes to people who support one end of a complex issue simply because you support the other.
Okay never said black lives matter doesn’t have diverse members no idea where you go that. What is true is the police are a institution made to protect property and enforce the power of the ruling class and thus are enemies to anyone not part of the ruling elite supporting them is thus violence against anyone not a straight white property owning male.
The blue line flag used to be to honor the police force. It’s being used now to support police’s racist decisions. Fucking extreme republicans hijacked the blue line flag, then slapped it on the American flag. This was before they became MAGA republicans somehow hijacked the American flag. No hate on sane republicans, though. You’re cool!
You shouldn’t honor the police though their role in society is intrinsically harmful and they should be abolished. Also there are no sane republicans the ones you claim are sane still want to murder others to spread american imperialism, to kill the poor and to oppress minorities even if they are more “polite” about it.
Yikes. I am completely democratic, but there are some republicans who can think straight and aren’t MAGA racists. And while most cops are probably racist, and the entire system was built on slave catching grounds, there are still the occasional no-hate police officers. While it is still better safe than sorry, you can’t assume the worst of every policeman and Republican.
