@rmdes Interesting documentary. I agree the #DalaiLama should have condemned these abuses much more forcefully and sooner. His argument that it wasn’t his role sounded pathetic. Why such revelations have had little impact is, I suspect, not because the subject is taboo, but because its followers are too invested (emotionally) in the religion to abandon it.
