The good part of any #NonCompeteClause in #Germany is that those are null and void if the former #Employer doesn't pay them as if they were still employed for the duration of their clause, since it restricts their ability to earn the same amount of #income.
And I think that's a valid balance between preventing competitiors from "hiring away key personnel" and the ability for small businesses to defend themselves against "hostile corrosion" tactics...
Him being a convicted #capitalist who is #consistent in his logic and understanding makes him if not agreeable at least respectable and acceptable, since he's not nitpicking only the aspects he likes and disregards what he dislikes.
