Just over a week since I began cutting almost all plants out of my diet. I eat mostly beef and eggs, with some dairy.

I do still drink some coffee with cream, but cut out sweet (I used to add some maple syrup or sugar). I am noticing that I don't feel as much of a desire to drink coffee as before and I am probably drinking less than half of what I used to.

Since it has only been a week, it is tough to gauge the benefits.

One thing is that it is much easier for me to get up in the morning.

I feel more mentally alert, but my body is still a bit sluggish probably due to getting used to the change and much lower carbohydrate intake.
