I just dropped off 8 Netflix DVDs that I picked up at my PO yesterday & I've got 8 more DVDs still in my queue.
The turn around time is usually 1 day, so I hope I get the last 8 DVDs sent to me before the program ends tomorrow 9/29.
I'll really going to miss the Netflix DVD program.
No other way to truly watch movies "on demand" unless you can rent/OWN a DVD copy of the movie or "buy" the rights to movie online which I'll never do because I prefer to get something tangible for my $.
Redbox will never be an viable substitute unless they buy up all of Netflix's DVD inventory and take over its mail delivery service.
I just recently sorted thru & reorganized my DVD collection in response to the end of the Netflix DVD program & have already resorted to buying DVDs on eBay to back fill missing spots in my collection.
I was paying Netflix about $50/mo for my subscription to their DVD rental program. So, the way I look at it, I've got about $50/month to buy any new DVDs that I want/need.
