(Mix all ingredients in ungreased pan) 3 cups flour 1 tsp salt 2 cups water 2 cups sugar 2 tbsp vinegar 1/3 cup cocoa 3/4 cup salad oil 2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp vanilla Sift ingredients together into pan. Level off with fork. Make three wells in mixture. Put oil, vinegar, and vanilla in wells. Add water and mix well with fork....
