@mu He could have conditioned aid in any number of ways, not least of which is unrestricted US humanitarian aid, which is required explicitly in at least two major US laws under which arms transfers to Israel have been authorized. He didn't. IMO, he's been breaking both international law and US law, in violation of his presidential oath of office and the faithful execution clause of the constitution.
