Anyone else find it hard to go anywhere without a water bottle?
My spouse and I always have water bottles on hand since we live in warm climate. However, we forget that when we travel that this isn't the norm and have to explain to people why we do. Anyone else experience this?
I too live in a warm climate, but I didn't always live here, and tbh it's a relief to be somewhere hydration is normalised and everyone local is carrying a water bottle. Before, people would always tell me "just buy a coke if you get thirsty" - uh, excuse me?! Why would I buy a coke, when there is beautiful refreshing water to be had, smh
A coke?! Haha people think that our water bottles are some type of emotional support blanket, when in reality its just a habit and we are just trying to keep up our hydration. Cant be caught slipping.
Before I started drinking water regularly, I never even thought about it. But since I started carrying a watter bottle for singing in college, now I feel super dehydrated if I don't have it with me
