@mightyspaceman Hot burns completely destroy even the plants that don't burn well, and don't regenerate well after fire, so only those that burn and regenerate survive so you end up with a greater likelihood of getting a burn in less extreme weather because all the plants that burn less are gone and you are only left with those that burn readily.
