@thejapantimes@tennis this is quite the vindication for Halep. It seems there may have been new evidence in the form of a “private” blood sample. I’ve long been skeptical of CAS as many of their decisions over the years have seemed politically convenient, but if their reasoning holds up, then this is a real blow to the concept of the biological passport and opens up avenues for doping athletes. #tennis
