@emarktaylor @tennis is it really too much? Is it really more than it was? It just seems we’ve gotten used to the same four guys more or less winning everything for twenty years (when they actually weren’t playing fewer events with less frequent changes in balls) that we continue to expect it’s just the same exact guys at the top are supposed to show up every week and win everything. It’s okay if Andrey Rublev or god forbid FAA or Ruud wins a 1000 tournament. Tennis history was full of these types of guys winning some big titles or even an odd Major title. We don’t need to have a four man single elimination tournament every week there is a men’s event. Sorry for the rant, but I’m not really sympathetic to these complaints. #Tennis

@calbearo @emarktaylor @tennis Agree with you, although I do think all the top seeds dropping out to injury is a bit concerning.
