Wish we would get more actual camping in s3

Yeah. I'm curious to see what S3 will be like. Especially given the change in animation studio.

I am kinda pessimistic tho, s1 was a brilliant, no nonsense show about comfy-camping, with only rin and nadeshiko as the main focus, they took away a lot of that uniqueness in s2 and made it a more generic CGDCT, which is not necessarily better or worse, but in my opinion, made it a bit less special (and comfy), but it still had it’s moments

Considering that s2 is higher rated on mal, i am not very optimistic…

I never really considered that, but I suppose that's true. Perhaps they thought there's only so much you can do with just camping?

I also haven't read the manga yet, so I've no idea if this is similar in the manga. We'll see, I suppose.

I would watch an entire movie of rin just solo camping but i guess you are right in that they might be having trouble finding good material
