It has some manual steps but it gets as far as this issue in the repo: https://gitlab.com/dustyweb/pubstrate/-/issues/3 I'm happy to send the Dockerfile to anyone else who wants to have a go. (I'm Github-averse and haven't got around to finding a better code-sharing site yet.)
