@ScruffyDux @actuallyautistic I think that my pb with hierarchy is mostly that it often doesn't have anything to do with sense of justice.
For me, I can understand hierarchy when the "leader" has a large knowledge and use it, sometimes to take the most reliable decisions but first to help / teach the others until they reach (and go beyond) this level of knowledge.
Thus, for me, this kind of hierarchy seems fair, bc its aim is help, knowledge sharing and protection
