@autism101@actuallyautistic Meltdowns are rare for me, though they do happen. Mostly in heated arguments where I get verbally aggressive. If the other people around me do not let me get out of the situation or de-escalate, chances are high for me to lose it.
Shutdowns happen more often but I don‘t have a strategy, yet for a shutdown. I‘m currently trying to lie down in bed with headphones and relaxing music.
