You can’t have an app do this without rooting your phone IIRC. Even if an app like that exists, you can just go to the bootloader and factory reset from there. Some phones allow you to factory reset from the settings too.

Restarting to bootloader takes too long. I need something that you can activate in like 5-10 seconds. And an app that resets your phone is possible, because of the ability to grant an app administrative permissions without rooting. Before Android Device Manager, there used to apps that allow you to remote wipe a device. Granting such permissions to an app is (as far as I know) possible, I’m just trying to find if anyone has built it so that it activates on a set of button clicks rather than remotely.
