Blokada in 2023 - Still the best free, non-root, ad-blocking app on Android?
Basically the title
I am obviously referring to the Blokada on the official website (not the one on the play store).
Yeah, I know that with the version 3.0 we lost some nice features, but I still find after all of these years that Blokada just do its job for a pretty average user like me: free and without the need of root!
Just tap on the big ON button and its local VPN is working, blocking ads system wise. Your favourite app has problem loading now? Just whitelist the domain it is accessing or whitelist the entire app if you're lazy.
They have a premium plan that sincerely I never studied cause the free version gave me already the ads-less experience I was hoping for.
So I ask you:
is there something better out of my cave? Am I missing out on some new cool blocking-ads guy on Android?
PS: my last 5 phones were always Xiaomi/Redmi ones
