The flat design and symmetry is super visually pleasing.
Btw, you ever play Flappy Dragon? That minimalist style is the same one they use for their dragons (which are inspired by everything from mountains to spaceships to birds) but they use a side profile. It's a fun game with cool dragons, so this isn't shade.
thank you kindly. I use procreate on the iPad. I'll sketch it out, then fill it in with black, or inking, i suppose. the fun bit I've gotten into was finding huge resolution png textures of screentones and use those to essentially apply screentone in a way similar to traditional manga artists with real media.
I watched a few episodes with a friend. I was...not really a fan tbh. I had a lot of gripes but I especially missed Milly, yeah. (even if it is a prequel and she does show up in s2....still seems silly)
There was some cool animation work, though, and I suppose I'm glad it's brought more attention to Trigun in general.
I don't really think it's not lore friendly. Especially with the more simple armors that were added in Dragonflight. Take a look at my paladin for example.
Thank you so much :) to be honest, I just really like Dreamcast, and I felt just drawing the console would be boring. I generally draw women portraits, if it was to be classified, so I just smooshed the 2 ideas together
