[Meta] English Community Tierlist (ECTL) update

For news posts, prefix with [News] or [XX News], where XX would be replaced by the server language code. i.e. EN/JP/CN/TW/KR

For art posts use [Non-OC Art for art that is not your own. Use [OC Art] for something you created yourself.

For everything else, prefix tags are optional but appreciated. You could use [Discussion], [General], [Merchandise], [Guide], or whatever else you think would be appropriate.

2 No harassment, hate speech, or circlejerking.> Regardless of server choice, ship choice, spending habits, or use of free time, respect your fellow players. No revisionist history/justification of war crimes, no slurs/nazi salutes.

3 All content must be related to Azur Lane. No political/off-topic/tangent conversations.> All posts should be related to Azur Lane. No discussion regarding on-going politics is allowed. This is a gacha game community, not a politics community.

4 No NSFW content.>No explicit sexual depiction allowed. Tight-fitting depictions of specific erogenous zones are also not allowed. Cropping or censoring explicit NSFW art doesn’t magically make it SFW either. > >While less offensive work is permitted, always mark as NSFW if you are unsure.
