Looks like this 404 Media report caught some attention, but it looks like Cox Media Group was lying about what they are/were able to do.
I also didn’t want to sit through 40+ minutes of podcast, so I found a writeup on their site about a press release from Cox Media Group making some bold claims that they have since backtracked on.
