I don’t think this is the way to win hearts and minds. Put amazing vegie and vegan options on the menu and people will choose them. I have no issue with being vegan, but I think it would be much more effective to get everybody to eat meat one or two days a week less then convince a minority to stop eating meat products completely, at least in the short term.
