Anyone else like 6 inchers?

I have two '6 inchers'. One is ever so slightly smaller than the other, so it gets to be the lid. They are my 'daily drivers'. Anytime I want to cook something for just me. Or if I'm making something that calls for garlic, onions, oil, and spices, e.g. tomato sauce, that's where it all starts.

I made something like 30 pancakes this morning on my cast iron griddle on a glass cooktop. They’re tougher than you might think.
