What’s for dinner tonight?
PeelerSheila, We had bolognaise, but I cooked both spirals and spaghetti and served them both with the same sauce. I didn’t have enough of either pasta to just choose one, but it ended up being an interesting exercise in seeing how the shape of pasta can influence how the sauce tastes.
The_Che_Banana, Prep for the week: Roast chicken (lemon, pesto)
2 pizzas (one ridiculous toppings and one Margherita)
plus we had chicken parmesano, jasmine rice & broccoli for actual dinner.

bull, Where do you get yours from? I’m in town and generally get pizza from Grilled Hut near Macs.

Duenan, I’m with you tonight. Frozen also pizza.
Been having problems cooking them though.
Feels like I overcook them and they don’t seem too hot at the same time.
Is that even possible?
I then pop them into the microwave for a minute or two.

Duenan, I’ve been cooking them in my air fryer, my oven doesn’t quite work properly for pizza sadly.
Microwave comes afterwards.
