topht, (edited ) Scrolling too sensitive. Right click not working
Scrolling using the touchpad scrolls too many pages up and down. Scroll decelerates in a very unusual fashion (hops, lags or has some delayed scroll inertia) after fingers are lifted from the touchpad.
Right click has no effect. Usually does a left click instead. Two finger tap to right-click works however.
topht, (edited ) Partially this issue seems related to be related to PS2 mouse emulation (BIOS), libinput. Or maybe (windows) 11th gen drivers on a 12th gen laptop.

Wishful thinking
That out-of-the-box fedora system settings for both "Mouse & Touchpad" show not only a slider for different pointer speeds, but also scroll speed.
topht, (edited ) BIOS: PS2 mouse emulation was set to "Auto". Changed to Disabled. No effect after restarting.
topht, (edited ) Install/check libinput:
yum install libinput
Package libinput-1.25.0-4.fc40.x86_64 is already installed.
Currently, the apparently needed line for framework is available: /usr/share/libinput/50-system-framework.quirks
Check via:
rpm -ql libinput | grep framework
