Remember, our cost profile isn’t just about headcount. Our biggest line-item expense is marketing, actually. So optimizing marketing would be a terrific way to make sure the company gets more efficient.

However employees are easier to cut vs our marketing budget. What, how do we expect people to hear about GTA 6 without our marketing budget? Look at how much our marketers have done in the last year.
