From a first glance it looks like they kept her meter management and power spikes/lows.
Meter management still seems important though you don’t get heavily punished if you mess up as in +R but rather simply don’t get access to her powered up state.
But the difference in Moroha and her normal mode seem to be evened out more. Her normal mode doesn’t seem that bad but she also has only one powered up state with access to a few better moves.
