Unknown/"Lost" song misattributed to Michael Jackson ("Sexy Lady" 2009)

There's a video on YouTube that has been around since Sep 3, 2009 with only a little over 10K views. The video in question, found here, is titled "Michael Jackson-Sexy Lady" with the only description being "New song 2009". Truthfully, I don't know much about MJ and was really only obsessed with his song "Smooth Criminal". Because of this, I went and asked around several friends and family members.

This song is definitely NOT by Michael Jackson, and what few comments there are highlight that. Furthermore, this "new song", claiming to be from 2009, was posted several months after MJ passed. I know there was some talk about releasing songs after he passed that he had worked on that weren't released before, but again, I don't know much on MJ. What I do know is I read the Wikipedia article and could find no such song released in 2009 called "Sexy Lady" by him. I looked into all of his songs released or made around 2009, namely "Best of Joy" "This is it" and "Planet Earth", none of which are this song.

Of course, I tried all the classic tricks in the book: I googled several different lyrics with quotations to get exact results from this song, including the main vocalist (the MJ impersonator, I suppose) and the small rap section that serves as the refrain, and Google literally couldn't turn up anything. The closest I could find was a Spanish song that has some similar lyrics (namely the lyric "I want you to be my sexy Lady"). Furthermore, both a family member and a friend used two different apps to try and identity the song (Siri was the first try, the second being Shazam) and neither could identify it.

A relative, who is around late 50s in age, suggested it could be from the band "Ace of Bass". But her husband of around the same age said it sounded nothing like Ace of Bass. Listening to this band myself, I have to say I do see (or I suppose "hear") the similarities, but it, alas, sounds too different to be it. The singer in Ace of Bass is clearly a girl, while the singer of this song could go either way. Maybe it's just the poor quality of a 2009 video masking the person's voice and making them sound gender ambiguous, but either way, I just don't think it's Ace of Bass, but maybe I'm wrong.

The only other thing I can offer is my own theories. 1, this song is PROBABLY not made by the uploader. Their only other video is a MJ tribute with a copyrighted song which YouTube has identified. Plus, the song sounds like it had somewhat of a budget to it, hinting that an actual studio or artist made it. This leads into my second point. I think the reason the lyrics are nowhere online and neither is there any other reupload of this song (that I know of) is because this band or independent artist never went digital. They were probably small and only released on records and/or CDs, and not enough people have cared to rip the contents and put them on the internet. That being said, I don't know why this random person would have this song then, and furthermore why misattributed it to Michael Jackson. Based on the description, it seems like they believe (or wants us to believe) this is an actual MJ release from 2009. If they had the original audio from a CD/Record, they would know this is not MJ, so they must have gotten it from somewhere without a source, or somebody gave it to them and just...told them it was MJ? Unless they are trolling, but considering the channel's content, it just seems unlikely. And in any case, that does not explain who made the original song.
