Let's talk about frames

Are they ordered? is there a presumption that they will arrive consecutively?

I ask because of the concern that, being a half duplex protocol, one cannot tx and rx simultaneously; so if one is sending a message more than a few frames in length, one runs the risk of degrading network quality and missing messages the the remainder of @allcall will hear.

I'm wondering about ways that we might leverage the protocol to deal with these sort of issues.
